My yoga sessions focus on relaxation, stretching, and strengthening, customized to your needs.
We'll target poses to strengthen your body in preparation for labor and birth, and to adapt to the ever-changing demands of pregnancy. There is usually some combination of challenge, laughter, reflection, and delicious stretching.
