There is always a combination of challenge, laughter, reflection, and delicious stretching.  ​

I am currently teaching Prenatal Yoga classes on Tuesdays 05:30 PM – 06:30 PM EST
*IN STUDIO* at Blue Point Yoga Center in Durham, NC.
