I am passionate about guiding women who are on this journey of connecting with their healthier more vibrant selves. I offer customizable programs during which we work on dietary and lifestyle changes designed to help you find balance, achieve your health goals, stay sane AND actually feel awesome during these intense years of mothering little ones.
Power Up Your Pregnancy – customized to start wherever you are in your pregnancy! We work on alleviating your unique pregnancy challenges with nutrition and lifestyle changes. Private yoga, private partner yoga, and/or doula services can be included. An ideal way to nourish yourself and prepare for feeling fantastic as you enter into motherhood.
Jumpstart to a Healthier Pregnancy and Birth – One month program – we meet weekly and focus on gaining more strength and ease in your body as you prepare for the excitement and challenge of labor and birth.
Return to Radiance – Three month program – we meet every other week – designed for new moms who want to address the biggies in gaining energy and discovering (or re-discovering!) ways to eat for energy and vitality, and adapt to the changes and challenges in motherhood (for example, nutrition while breastfeeding, getting better sleep, incorporating exercise into life with kiddos, etc!)
Vibrant Mama – Six month program – we meet every other week – building on the above, for mamas who want to dig deeper into nutrition and lifestyle changes that will nourish body and soul for a lifetime of feeling fabulous.

My work is grounded in very personal experience of not taking as good care of myself as I could as a new mom, and my health and happiness suffered some as a result - I loved my new motherhood years AND it could have been even better.
