Why Yoga?
I was introduced to yoga as a teenager and have been practicing ever since, with a variety of teachers. I've completed a 500 hour training with the late (and much missed) Esther Myers, and prenatal teacher trainings with Stephanie Keach and Janice Clarfield. I attend workshops whenever I can; I love learning from new teachers with different approaches and perspectives.
Yoga has been the constant for me through many adventures, most especially pregnancy and motherhood. My practice is a primary force in feeling powerful in my body and resilient during the challenges – both physical and emotional – of parenthood.
