We'll target poses to strengthen your body in preparation for labor and birth, and to adapt to the ever-changing demands of pregnancy.

There is usually some combination of challenge, laughter, reflection, and delicious stretching. 

All private or semi-private instruction can be held
in the comfort of your home;
at Blue Point Studio in Durham, NC; or
at Mother Chi Birthing space on Broad Street in Durham, NC.
