Prenatal Yoga Classes

In my Prenatal Yoga classes, we use
           postures
,
                                breathing, and
                                    meditation

to facilitate strength, focus, flexibility, and awareness through gentle poses and breathing techniques.

There is always some combination of challenge, laughter, reflection, and delicious stretching.  

I am currently teaching Prenatal Yoga classes at
Blue Point Yoga Center
in Durham, NC

Mondays 4:00 - 5:15 pm and
Thursdays 5:30 - 6:45 pm
.
